Thank you for your interest in the upcoming 2012 Winter Roller Hockey Season Season starts February 13, 2012 All games will take place at: East Valley YMCA's Dave Potell Memorial Hockey Rink 11455 Magnolia Blvd, North Hollywood , CA 91601 *All payments must be made at: East Valley YMCA Office 5142 Tujunga Avenue, North Hollywood, CA 91601 Team Sign Ups: Fee: $880 per team * Once your TEAM is confirmed, a TEAM NUMBER will be assigned. * This TEAM NUMBER must be presented at time of payment. *Payment must be made in full by the week of February 20, 2012. *TEAM CAPTAINS must make complete payment in full before team play. * Partial payments are not accepted. Individual Sign Ups: * If you are interested in playing but do not have a team to play with: * Please email Brad Werner at Brad@EVYMCAHockey.com with your information (including name, phone number, skill level interested in playing) * We will be sure to add you to the Free Agents List and help in find a team for you. * Free Agents may be assigned to a Free Agents team if not picked up. |
